The estate is neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board.

• Seller: Karl Schön e.K., Rheinuferstraße 4, 65385 Rüdesheim am Rhein. These terms apply to all deliveries to consumers and businesses, in the version valid at the time of ordering.
• Contract: The wine list is not a binding offer. Your order is a binding offer; the contract is concluded with our order confirmation by email within 48 hours.
• Prices and shipping: Prices ex estate per bottle, including glass, carton and VAT, plus shipping. Shipping within Germany €8.50 per carton (3 to 15 bottles); islands and other countries at actual extra cost. Errors excepted.
• Payment: due within 8 days of receipt of the goods; for first orders we may ask for payment in advance. Goods remain our property until paid in full.
• Youth protection: Wine and sparkling wine only to persons aged 16 and over, spirits only from 18. ID may be checked on delivery.
• Warranty: statutory warranty for consumers, 2 years from receipt. Small tartrate crystals are a sign of the wine's maturity, not a defect.
• Other: The contract language is German, and the German version of these terms is binding.

As a consumer you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving reasons, starting on the day you take possession of the goods. A clear statement by letter, fax or email to Weingut Karl Schön, Rheinuferstraße 4, 65385 Rüdesheim am Rhein, [email protected], is sufficient. We refund all payments including standard delivery costs within 14 days, once the goods are back or you have proven their return. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
